Here's A Little About Me: In my world a natural detox would of been for wimps. Yep! I grew up on a farm. The use of chemicals and fertilizers was normal place and in those days using protective clothing wasn't heard about. Farmers seemed to have a stuborn attitude that none of these chemicals could harm anyone and that only wimps and weakling alike did stuff like that.

Unfortunately for them they poisoned themselves and their children as well.  I was one of them hence the reason for this website. After doing a natural detox I found many of the problems that I had been suffering with disappeared and left me feeling alive and like I could live life again. My skin improved and the aches and pains went which where  getting more than I could take.

Natural detox, also commonly known as a body cleanse which is the process of removing toxic substances from the body that usually build up with time. The result of undigested foods, daily stress, environmental pollution, and substance misuse, toxins accumulate and are held, often in the length of our intestines, but also in the muscles and soft tissues, even the cells, of our bodies. 

People always assume that a natural detox needs extreme measures but that couldn't be farther from the truth. For best results, you should treat your body safely and with care instead of following a harsh detox program.


Here are a few tips for a Natural healthy detoxification.

1. Go for a non-toxic lifestyle- This means going for natural food, drinking lots of fluids, especially water, exercising regularly and avoiding toxic food like junk food, canned good, and other processed food. At the same time, you can try out a Natural Detox Diet that will cleanse your body and give relief to body aches, allergies, digestive problems and other related concerns.

2. If you're on a natural detox program, take as much fresh fruits and vegetables as possible, nuts, beans, rice and grains. On the other hand, take note not to indulge in sugar, caffeine, yeast, alcohol, chocolates and other food rich in additives and preservatives.

3. Plan your detox program- You can do a weekend fast. It is good to start on a Friday, with the weekend giving you the transition in and out of your detox program. Likewise, make sure that your detox plan is something that you can follow. Detoxifying does not mean starving yourself.

4. Appreciate nature- Exercise outdoors. The fresh air can do wonders for your lungs and circulation. If you live near the beach, it's always good to take a walk or sprint early morning by the seashore. Have a balanced schedule of activity that will give you time for work and fun at the same time. Try yoga or pilates. Skip rope or walk in your neighborhood.

5. Go for the spa- Take a shower and do skin brushing to help you detoxify. Rubbing your skin improves circulation and helps you shed off those dead skin layer.

6. Make sure that you have a regular bowel movement- Eat food rich in fiber. There's also tea and other herbs which can help aid bowel movement. When you're detoxifying, bowel movement is important as it lessens the possibility of toxins being absorbed into the body.

7. Be positive- A healthy mind means a healthy body. Rid yourself of all negative thoughts. They're added toxins to the body. Smile and have the will and the commitment to your detox plan.

All people around the world are all exposed to thousands of toxins and chemicals on a daily basis at work, in the home, through the air we breathe, our food and water supply, and through the use of pharmaceutical drugs.


Therefore, it's helpful in the detoxification process to find out first which of these contains toxin and how to get rid of them. You should also consult a doctor before doing any type of natural detox process especially those on medications. The path to good health is a path of self education and responsibility for ones own body.

a) Eat plenty of fiber, including brown rice and organically-grown fresh fruits and vegetables. Beets, radishes, artichokes, cabbage, broccoli, spirulina, chlorella, and seaweed are excellent detoxifying foods.

b) Cleanse and protect the liver by taking herbs such as dandelion root, burdock and milk thistle, and drinking green tea.

c) Take vitamin C, which helps the body produce glutathione, a liver compound that drives away toxins.

d) Drink at least 2 quarts of water daily.

e) Breathe deeply to allow oxygen to circulate more completely through your system.

f) Transform stress by emphasizing positive emotions.

g) Practice hydrotherapy by taking a very hot shower for five minutes, allowing the water to run on your back. Follow with cold water for 30 seconds. Do this three times, and then get into bed for 30 minutes.

h) Sweat in a sauna so your body can eliminate wastes through perspiration.

i) Dry-brush your skin or try detoxifying patches or  detox foot spas / foot baths to remove toxins through your pores. Special brushes are available at natural products stores.

j) What is the most important way to detoxify? "Exercise," says Bennett. "Yoga or jump-roping are good. One hour every day." Also try qigong, a martial-arts based exercise system that includes exercises specifically for detoxifying or cleansing, as well as many other exercises with specific health benefits.

It's advised that you choose methods that you can follow its because there are lots of methods to detox your body. Most people fail at body detox and opt out before reaching completion because they have chosen methods that affect their lifestyle too much and finding it hard to stick with later on.  It is also important to know the different ways on how to detox your body before you start with the different programs.

Using A Natural Cleansing Diet

All Natural Ways of cleaning your colon process has changed hundreds of thousands of people's lives through gentle and effective whole body safe and effective internal cleansing, and proven to be the best solution to constipation. Some natural detox diets will produce this effect. This often leads to people abandoning their cleansing diets thinking that the diet is making them more sick. In actual fact if they continue with their diet the symptoms diminish and they will feel healthier.

Here are some ways that people have tried to lessen the symptoms of Herxheimer reaction:

a) Drinking as much pure water as they can- This in effect will help the body flush out any toxins.

b) Taking more exercise- This will improve circulation and help the body work more efficiently. This could help the body work more efficiently and excrete the toxins faster.

c)  Getting more sunlight.

d) Detox baths. Excessive sweating-with saunas, baths and use of herbs.

e) Avoiding refined processed foods and toxic environmental chemicals.
